Your savings might be even greater if the agent you were going to list with would be charging 3% for the listing side.

The real estate industry is going through a major change. Effective approximately mid August 2024, sellers will no longer have to make an offer of compensation to the agent representing the buyer to have their home listed in the multiple listing service (MLS).
