The theme for 2019 has been “market shift”. Here’s my perspective.

There’s been lots of talk about disruption in the Real Estate space and technology replacing agents. Not likely imho. With 30-45 day escrows and lots of moving parts, real estate transactions are not like buying something on Amazon.
