The theme for 2019 has been “market shift”. Here’s my perspective.

One of the most common questions Real Estate agents get is “how’s the market”? The answer is always “it depends”.

The Real Estate market is not shifting - it has already happened and 2019 will look much different than 2018 for Sellers, Buyers, Agents, and Loan Officers.

As we enter 2019, expect to see a much different market than we have over the last half dozen years. More balance and more opportunities, but not across the board. I don’t have a crystal ball, but….
