The Barker Block located at 530 S Hewitt St is one of my favorite DTLA Arts District loft buildings. If you are not familiar with the Arts District, it is the hottest emerging DTLA neighborhood. You’ll find it west of Alameda and east of the LA river between approximately 1st and 7th St.
